Getting back into a trip

There is no account, so the trip link is the way in. Open it and tap your name.

If your name is already taken on that trip, the phone or browser you joined on is the one that holds it. Open the trip there, go to You, and send yourself your own link. It opens the trip as you on any phone or laptop. Keep it to yourself.

A trip with a password

Whoever started the trip set it, and only they can change it or take it off, from the trip's settings. There is no reset by email because there is no email. Ask them.

Deleting a trip, or yourself from one

Email info@mayzee.app with the trip's link:

• The whole trip. Everything goes: the plan, the money, the photos.
• Just you. Your name, your photo, your passport dates and your photos go. Shared bills stay, with your name taken off, so everyone else's sums still add up.

Postcards

A card is checked by a person before it is printed. If yours has not arrived after a week, email us with the trip's link. Real cards go to UK addresses only.

Something wrong with a page or a photo

Tap Report this under it. It comes off the trip for everyone straight away while somebody looks at it.
